About the role
As Vice President of Global Marketing at DTC Inc., you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute a bold, data-driven marketing strategy that fuels business growth and strengthens our brand presence worldwide. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll lead high-impact campaigns, manage a strategic marketing budget, analyze market trends, and drive brand awareness across our diverse verticals.
In this role, you’ll build and inspire a team of marketing professionals—both internal and external—while collaborating cross-functionally to drive innovation and customer engagement.
Core elements will include:
- Expertise in data analytics and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive informed marketing decisions across diverse global markets.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
- Deep understanding of SEO/SEM strategies to optimize digital presence and maximize reach.
- Strong experience with content management systems (CMS) to develop and manage high-impact marketing content.
- Skilled in CRM management, leveraging customer insights to enhance retention and personalization.
- Proficient in market research tools to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, ensuring effective ad placements and ROI-driven campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong emphasis on utilizing analytics to shape strategic marketing initiatives.
About You
As the Vice President of Global Marketing, you will bring a strong academic foundation in marketing, business administration, or a related field, complemented by extensive experience in a senior leadership role.
You will possess deep expertise across brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing, and performance marketing. A skilled communicator, you are comfortable engaging with the media and adept at building relationships across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
As a strategic thinker and problem solver, you have a hands-on approach and a track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing marketing teams.
This position will need to undertake frequent interstate and international travel and an ability to achieve US Security Clearance would be highly regarded.
Within the DTC business we recognise and respect the need for flexible working arrangements, however due to the high touch team engagement nature of this role, it will be predominantly based at our Ashburn facility with occasional working from home arrangements to be agreed when required.
