About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 3-5 year's experience who thrives on creativity, has a keen eye for detail, and can translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals. You will be responsible for designing assets across digital and print mediums, supporting marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and customer communications.
This role is perfect for a designer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams, and pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Visual Design & Branding
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all design assets.
- Design digital and print materials including website graphics, social media visuals, infographics, presentations, event collateral, and advertisements.
- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
2.Marketing & Campaign Support
- Create engaging assets for marketing campaigns and events including landing pages, digital ads, event assets and promotional materials.
- Design compelling email templates that drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and execute visual strategies.
3.Web & UX Design
- Support website updates by creating banners, icons, and graphics.
- Design assets for digital experiences, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
- Work with developers to ensure designs are executed accurately in web environments.
4.Creative Ideation & Innovation
- Stay updated on design trends and suggest new approaches to improve visual communication.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
What You Bring
Technical Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Design Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Layout & Typography: Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory and visual hierarchy.
- Email Campaigns: Experience designing email templates and working within platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or SendGrid.
Creative & Strategic Skills:
- Creative Thinker: Ability to conceptualize unique and compelling designs that align with marketing goals.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all designs are high-quality and error-free.
- Adaptability: Ability to switch between different design styles based on project needs.
- Up-to-Date on Design Trends: Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating best practices into your work.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Team Player: Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to present design concepts, receive constructive feedback, and refine work accordingly.
- Problem-Solver: Proactive in finding creative solutions to design challenges.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Basic motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with UI/UX design and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
