Responsibilities:
Safety and Quality:
Communicate clear expectations for area Operations Coordinators and Hourly personnel regarding Safety, Quality, Environmental Compliance, and Production. Perform safety and housekeeping audits as directed and follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed.
Leadership and Development:
Provide guidance and direction for the area Operations Coordinators in all aspects of area operation, and training including annual performance reviews. Mentor and develop Operations Coordinators for succession planning. Provide opportunities for development and growth of the Operations Coordinators and hourly personnel.
Budgeting and Planning:
Assist Operations Coordinators in development of the operating budget proposals for all Utility departments. Develop and maintain a three and five year plan for proposed operational improvement and capital management projects. Monitors the performance of the overall process and provides feedback to Operations Coordinators to maintain consistent high quality production.
Requirements:
At least 10 years experience in management of Utilities or Chemical Recovery processes, Proficient with standard administrative software.
