Relief Clerk
Domtar is seeking qualified clerical candidates to work at the Nekoosa, Wisconsin Operation. The successful candidate will provide vacation and absence relief for clerical positions across the mill including Shipping/Planning, Maintenance & Engineering, Purchasing, Pulp/Power and Paper Mill. Duties include data entry, typing, inventory, filing, report preparation, and other tasks as assigned by supervision.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent required
- Two-year associate degree in business administration or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with UKG/Dimensions timekeeping a plus
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems a plus
- Proficient in a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capable communicator (written/verbal)
- Seeks responsibility/accountability
- High degree of initiative (self-starter)
- Active listener
- Organized
- Strong time management skills
- Capable of working in an industrial environment (dusty, noisy, moving equipment)
- Capable of wearing required PPE (steel toed shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, etc).
- Ability to climb stairs and walk at least a quarter mile
