We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved. Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ability to help door & window installers
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating resources effectively.
- Utilize construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Review contracts and negotiate terms with vendors and subcontractors as necessary.
- Implement effective time management strategies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status for stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, Bluebeam, or HeavyBid is preferred.
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation and administration.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for quality assurance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
