My client focuses on Private Duty Home Care in Broward and Palm Beach County. They have been established for over 13 years.

The role:
- To identify areas to grow the business in Broward and Palm Beach County
- Getting the brand name out there
- Work in synergy with the Intake team
- Open and close deals
- Build relationships with physicians, case managers, hospitals, etc.
Required competencies:
- Home Health/Home Care experience
- Have a book of business in Broward and/or Palm Beach County
- Proven track record of bringing in referrals
- Self-motivated
- Empathy
