Join the Mission at Don Bosco Cristo Rey – Where College Dreams Take Flight

Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School in Washington, DC, is not your typical school. We exclusively serve students from families with limited economic means, providing a rigorous, college-preparatory education paired with an innovative Corporate Work Study Program. Our students don't just learn about the professional world—they work in it, gaining valuable experience and earning the majority of their tuition by holding a corporate job one day each week throughout high school.

As a teacher at Don Bosco Cristo Rey, you'll be part of a vibrant, mission-driven community that believes deeply in the potential of every student. You'll receive personalized coaching and meaningful professional development to grow your practice and impact. Teachers benefit from a built-in administrative day each week—when students are at their worksites—supporting balance, sustainability, and time for thoughtful planning and collaboration.

We’re a small school with a big heart and an even bigger mission: to empower our students to succeed in college and thrive in life. If you believe education changes destiny, and you’re passionate about equity, innovation, and community, we’d love to have you on our team.
