This is an entry level position. Your schedule will include working on Saturdays. If you are not able to work Saturdays, please do not apply!
Please note: We are open from 7am-8pm Mon.-Sat. You can have a schedule anytime within those hours.
Requirements of the Customer Service/Cashier:
- Excellent customer service skills
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Professional phone etiquette and have an outstanding work ethic.
- Take initiative and be mindful of details.
- Communicates effectively with customers and other employees.
- Basic math skills are necessary for cashing out customers and to ensure accuracy at the end of day close out.
- You will be required to dress and behave professionally.
- Required to work Saturdays.
Job responsibilities:
- Be able to answer a 10-line phone system, professionally and direct calls to the appropriate department or person.
- To greet all customers, and engage customers in polite conversation, while they wait.
- Cash handling experience and being able to balance a cash drawer.
- You will be making sure to keep a clean customer environment.
- May do paperwork filing, sorting, and scanning.
