Chalmers Ford Collision Center is NOW HIRING and Experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team! As a Body Shop Estimator, your primary duty is to write repair estimates per industry standards, while following insurance/fleet management guidelines, as well as, manufacturer recommendations.

Compensation: Commission based ranging from $4,000-$6,000 per month, or more depending on sales success
**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WRITING COLLISION ESTIMATES**
At Chalmers We...
- Utilize a Reynolds and Reynolds and CCC for our body shop.
- Only have one DRP, so we are not constrained for claims.
- Have a 20,000 sq ft shop, 2 paint booths, and 1 prep deck.
- Have a body shop that does most of their own mechanical work.
- This position is Base Salary Commission

Qualifications
**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WRITING COLLISION ESTIMATES**
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check; we are a drug-free employer
- Must have at least one year of experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid, clean New Mexico driver's license
- Excellent computer, use of CCC, Mitchell preferred
- I-Car Certified as an Estimator (desired, but not required)
- Must be punctual and reliable
