Don Davis Nissan of Arlington is seeking an Experienced Parts Counter Representative to join our fast-growing team. The Parts Counter Representative is the primary interface between the service department customers and employees to sell the required parts and accessories. This individual must be meticulous, prioritized, and team-oriented while having the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities :

• Assists with receipts and dispatches of goods for the Parts Department. The Parts Counter Representative ensures the accuracy of the order and maintains inventory.
• Supports in determining needs and accurately classifying parts. The Parts Counter Representative creates and modifies purchase orders for the appreciative party to order parts.
• Aids with processing and closing open invoices. The Parts Counter Representative compares invoices with requests regarding the variety, quality and quantity of goods received.
• Recognizes the flow of incoming and outgoing materials to meet productivity objectives and ensures the steady flow of materials in the supply chain.
