Employee Prerequisites
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles; Capability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Basic mechanical skills to perform minor vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
- Ensure safe and prompt delivery of parts to the dealerships and vendors following all company procedures and standards. The Parts Delivery Dispatcher will complete and verify any invoices or purchase orders in relation to transporting the goods.
- Maintain an accurate log of deliveries and pick-ups.
- Sustain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance tasks of the delivery truck.
- Observe posted speed limits and all other rules of the road. The Delivery Parts Dispatcher must maintain a clean driving record.
