Automotive Detail Technician

Don Franklin Bowling Green Kia is seeking to hire detail technicians. All vehicles must meet our company standard before being offered for sale. If you are a self-motivated, energetic person who enjoys a fast pace job, then this position is for you!

Pay will be based on experience.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

· Hand wash, buff and wax exterior

· Clean and polish wheels

· Clean tires and tire wells

· Scrub/steam clean interiors (seats, carpets, upholstery, etc)

· Vacuum all floors, seats, trunk, etc

· Clean engine and engine compartment

· Clean door jams, fuel door opening, windows (inside and out), all storage compartments, etc.

· Use of various kinds of cleaning solutions and equipment

· Prepare vehicles for sale

· Other duties as assigned by the Detail Manager

Requirements for this position:

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record – MVR will be reviewed

· Have the ability to engage in physical work for an extended period of time - including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, pulling, pushing, etc.

· Have the ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time

· Have the ability to work in an outside environment

· Reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
