Our Sales & Product Specialists work one-on-one with customers to provide information on vehicle platforms and option packages while showing special attention to features, functionality and information. After completing training, our Sales & Product Specialists easily have the potential to earn $80,000 annually. Training and performance-based pay structure will be discussed during the interview process.
Must be 21 years of age or older and have a clean driving record - MVR will be reviewed.
Essential duties include:
· Greeting each customer promptly upon arrival at the dealership
· Listening to customers and then asking the correct follow-up questions to drill down to their specific needs/wants
· Staying up to date with current vehicle inventory and incentives
· Providing vehicle demonstrations to customers to showcase the features and options
· Maintaining a positive attitude, have a willingness to continuously learn and provide superior customer service
· Ability to multitask and has strong communication skills
· Saturday work is required
