In this role, you will:
- Develop new business: Break into the fleet services market by identifying and contacting potential business customers. You’ll use cold calling, door knocking, and appointment setting to build a pipeline of new clients.
- Sell service contracts: Introduce our comprehensive fleet maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services to business owners and managers. Promote the value of priority service and discounts for contract customers.
- Manage key accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet service accounts. Coordinate vehicle transport, schedule services, and proactively remind customers of upcoming maintenance needs.
- Build relationships: Establish trust with business customers by understanding their needs and providing empathetic, tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless communication and top-tier service for fleet customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- B2B Sales Expertise: Proven success in business development and account management, ideally with experience in cold calling and relationship building.
- Fleet Knowledge: Basic familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair; experience working for or with companies managing fleet vehicles is a plus.
- Customer Focus: A strong understanding of the challenges managers face regarding their company vehicles, and a dedication to solving their problems.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable with creating opportunities from scratch, breaking into a new market, and working independently to achieve goals.
- Organized and Responsive: Able to manage multiple accounts, coordinate schedules, and respond quickly to customer needs.
