Don Jacobs Imports is actively seeking an experienced Guest Service Representative to join our Guest Services Call Center. You must be a customer service oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
· Support customers with (and not limited to): scheduling service appointments, making appointment reminder calls and following up with missed appointments.
· Ensure all gathered customer information is accurate and complete.
· Provide follow up calls to customers.
· Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring solutions with customers.
· Assist other departments as needed
· Explore opportunities to add value to role and department with manager
Skills:
· 1 years customer service, call center or inside sales experience
· Experience within automotive industry a plus
· Willingness to work within a call center environment
· Detail Oriented
· Ability to multi-task and handle high volumes of phone calls
· Adaptable to change
· Self-Starter
· Highly Motivated
· Energetic, positive demeanor
· Passion for customer satisfaction
· Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or CRM based system desired, but not required.
