Don Jacobs Imports has a rare opportunity in our Honda parts department for a Parts Advisor. The Parts Advisor is responsible for assisting all technicians and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies.
Job Duties:
· Maintain thorough knowledge of Honda parts catalogs
· Stay up to date with all released information
· Assist technicians by providing accurate parts pricing and availability
· Supplying and ordering parts in timely and orderly fashion
· Assist customers with parts related questions, supplying and ordering parts, whether by phone, email, or with over the counter sales
· Maintaining clear and organized records of all parts orders and prior parts requests
· Keeping up to date with testing and certifications when needed
· Keeping personal area clear, clean and organized - working with other parts counterman to keep parts area clean and organized.
· Assists in maintaining correct inventory for all parts
· Assists team leader or manager in anyway needed
