Full job description
Don Jacobs Toyota is looking for a motivated and reliable candidate with excellent phone and people skills to work in our Service Department call center. Part time and full time openings available. Flexible schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follows up for recalls and declined services
- Answer phone calls effectively with the end goal of scheduling an appointment
- Make follow up calls daily according to the CRM process
Qualifications:
- Great personality with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
- This position requires you to be able to work alternating Saturdays
- No college education or degree required
