We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven sales pros for new and used vehicles sales. In this position, you will walk with clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to ownership. Along the way, your stellar attitude and customer service skills will not only help close the sale, but secure customers for life.
Job Responsiblilities
- Monitor and respond to all Internet leads
- Set the appointment and meet your prospective buyer
- Understand and implement dealership sales process
- Own ever aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
- Present and demonstrate inventory
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
- Remain up-to-date on products, market rends and certification
What you bring to the role
- Sales experience in a similar environment and expertise with internet lead generation would be highly advantageous
- Ability to engage with customers using with phone, text and video
- Ability to respond to customers with complete information, to answer the customer's inquiry or question with concise and thorough details
- Reiterate how the Don McGill process saves the customer time and makes their buying experience easier
- To ensure every lead is relevant to the customer's need, stage and stated request
