About the Job:
As a Body Shop Estimator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, inspecting vehicles, assessing damage, and creating precise repair estimates. Your ability to connect with customers, explain repair needs, and ensure their satisfaction will make a huge difference in their experience with us. Plus, you'll be a key player in keeping our shop running smoothly!
What You’ll Do:
- Vehicle Inspections: Carefully assess vehicle damage and document everything with precision.
- Estimate Repairs: Create accurate, detailed repair estimates for customers and insurance companies.
- Customer Connections: Communicate with customers about repair timelines, costs, and expectations, always with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Teamwork: Work alongside our talented auto body team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time.
- Cash Handling: Handle customer payments with care and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Service Superstars: You’re friendly, approachable, and love making people’s day better.
- Automotive Knowledge: You know your stuff when it comes to estimating repairs.
- Sales Savvy: Bonus points if you have experience in automotive sales!
- Mechanical Mindset: You understand how vehicles work and can easily identify what needs fixing.
- Experience Counts: Previous experience as an estimator is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: You’re meticulous when handling cash and customer transactions.
