Job Description: We seek a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency, following our established recipes and standards. Your primary duties will include:
- Preparing ingredients and cooking meals according to menu specifications
- Operating various kitchen equipment and ensuring proper maintenance and sanitation
- Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety standards at all times
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Following proper food handling and safety procedures
- Contributing to menu development and suggesting creative ideas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required
