Responsibilities:
- Develop enriching relationships to build customers/friends for life
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Know the in’s and out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
- Learn to overcome objectives and thrive within sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews
- Bring your positive, can-do attitude to work every day
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience a plus
- Eagerness to learn with a self-starter mentality
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a very strong work ethic with a strong desire to succeed
- Must be able to maintain composure under pressure
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems
- Must be able to manage customer relationships and follow sales processes
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and reviews
- Clean Driving Record and valid driver’s license
