Job Description
The Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store including assisting customers, leading and directing staff, and working cooperatively with other stores and administrative offices. Creates work schedules for staff and assists with the coverage of other stores as needed. Demonstrates flexibility with changing processes and continues to drive company initiatives. Communicates with store staff daily to develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability and grow the existing customer base. Maintains high store standards and conditions to foster a positive work environment. Supports the store by understanding all processes and acting as the primary customer service support representative for the store.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Participates in Interviews and reinforces training of staff for the retail location
- Oversees staff and fulfills staffing needs for regular hours, as well as special events or high-traffic times
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
- Create staffing model with CSR’s to properly address call volume daily
- Monitor timecards/payroll for staff
- Create and regularly distribute measurements regarding CSR performance and conversion
- Coordinate ongoing CSR training via recorded calls / executive coaching sessions
- Controls all daily operations
- Creates weekly work schedules
- Assists other stores as necessary
- Aid with store service staffing as necessary
- Manages inventory
- Runs all daily sales reports
- Manage appropriate call handling to company targets
- Back up phones as necessary
- Monitor voice mails and handle immediately
- Manage, Minimize and Follow Up all abandoned calls
- Adjust phone Queues and staffing to achieve company objectives
- Check Electronic Dispatches for all stores
- Manage customer feedback loop and report on performance
- Ensures all company directives are met for all divisions of the store
- Ensures the store looks clean and inviting
- Other duties as assigned
