What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive/Office Manager position at Don't Lose Hope Screen Print?
Office Manager Position at Don't Lose Hope Screen Print
Howdy! Our name is Don't Lose Hope Screen Print, and we're looking for an incredible person to join our unique team in one of the most rad industries around - screen printing!
As a small team, each of us wears multiple hats, which kinda keeps things interesting! This is a role that mainly takes place in our office, keeping tabs on our email inbox, making & taking phone calls, and greeting/assisting walk in clients - however during our busy season, which is fall until January, you'll also get to help out in the production part of our space assisting with some simple tasks, too.
This position is a super important one - you'll be the main point of contact for our clients, and that means you'll be the one who makes or breaks the impression new folks have of us...just making sure you're up for the pressure! ;)
We're looking for someone who's got energy, LOVES people, loves keeping track of multiple moving pieces, and who's excellent at communicating information to our clients - via email, face to face, and over the phone - being personable is extremely important to us. We care a lot about what we do, and our goal is to have each client feel very heard and taken care of during every interaction with them :)
If you like video games like Overcooked, then this is a great position for you - you'll be managing several client projects at once, keeping the rest of the sales team on track and making sure each project is moving through our pipeline and no balls are getting dropped and clients disappointed.
You don't need to have experience in the screen printing industry - we can teach you all of that :) But being computer savvy and self-directed is for sure necessary. We work as a team of equals, and we are looking for someone we can count on to be taking care of their duties - not needing their hand held or waiting to be told what to do.
If any of this sounds up your alley, please send us some info about you, your resume (include references, pretty please!), and if you want extra credit - include a lil letter with any info you'd like us to review that you think shows why you're the best fit for this role.
Pay's gonna depend on a combination of your experience, how quickly you catch on & can be self managed, and how many hours we both land on you working each week. This role flexes between full time during the fall & holiday season to pretty part time in our slow season, at our office in Salem, Oregon.
