- Familiar with Printavo software is a plus!
- We have an 11/12 Large Anatol Volt Automatic Press
- We do screen print on our Riley Hopkins Manual from time to time
- We just added a Douthitt CTS to our shop! So CTS experience is a plus
We're really looking for someone who has experience in the industry & feels confident running a team of two other production employees - being well versed in the art and skill of screen printing is a must. Pay is negotiable depending on experience.

Technical Role Details Below

PRODUCTION MANAGER
- DEFINITION: A Production Manager is the person directly responsible for overseeing and organizing the jobs, staff, and processes on a production floor. They will oversee scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as first-line troubleshooting should problems arise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RECEIVE GARMENTS: Print out Printavo order, Count in garments, Verify accuracy, stage in waiting “all in area”, or "partially received”.
- FILM PRINTING: Verifying artwork is ready to print, Printing the films, staging film on film ready wall
- IMAGING: Exposing Screens, Setting them out to dry, Taping screens once dry
- STAGE JOBS: Loading garments on carts
- BOXING ORDERS: Verify counts, print packing slip, fill out box tag
- SHIPPING/ OR MARKING ORDER READY FOR PICKUP:If needed shipping out the order. OR change status for notification
- EOM AND EXPOSURE TIME QC: Periodically checking EOM and Proper Exposure times
- INVENTORY OF SUPPLIES: Using spreadsheet to then email reps to order.
- SCREEN TRACKING: Using the Covered in Ink tracker
- ORDER SUPPLIES
- PRINT PRODUCTION TRACKER: Checking for setups, and run times.
- PIT TRACKER: Co-op effort with Press OP. This should be filled out prior if calling out setups for press op. Once the final print order is determined the production manager finish filling out Print Tracker. Verify all trackers for the day are filled out.
- SCHEDULE JOBS: Organizing jobs to run on specific dates to meet deadline/ship date. Scanning jobs for accuracy and missing information. This is done in Printavo.
- TEAM ENGAGEMENT Checking with team to make sure things are running smoothly and team is taking breaks/lunches

PRESS OPERATOR
DEFINITION: A Press Operator is the person responsible for all aspects of running a screen printing press. They must be able to set up a press efficiently, create impressions that meet company standards and client expectations, keep up with production schedules, and problem solve on press daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set-up and teardown of print jobs efficiently.
- Adjust the machine to meet specific work order specifications.
- Inspect the finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Load/Unload the press for production runs.
- Measure all print sizes & placements to meet specifications.
- Cleanup of print jobs, press area and materials used.
- Listen to and work with the Quality Controller when issues occur. Stop!
- Upkeep of all tools and equipment maintenance.
- Upkeep of print floor cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn new techniques, inks, and chemicals.
- Running all operations based on standard operating procedures.
- Proper startup and shutdown of all equipment.
- Be a strong team player.
- Assist in spreading knowledge and experience.
- Keep a CLEAN & ORGANIZED work station.
- SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coating/Imaging/Reclaim screens.
- Cleaning, removing trash.
- Assist with all FINISHING duties if/when needed.
- Mixing inks.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
