Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Finance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing team at Don Wood Automotive. As the Finance Manager, you will work closely with customers, sales teams, and lenders to secure financing for vehicle purchases, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all clients. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, dealership profitability, and the overall success of our finance department. Key Responsibilities : Work with customers to understand their financial needs and provide financing options tailored to their budget. Present and explain various financing programs, including loan terms, interest rates, and payment options. Process and finalize vehicle sales and lease transactions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing options. Manage paperwork and ensure the accuracy of contracts, credit applications, and other required documents. Meet and exceed monthly finance department targets and goals. Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in automotive financing. Supervise and mentor sales team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Job Requirement : Qualifications : Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a related role within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, leasing, and insurance products. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with dealership management systems and financial software. High school diploma required.
