We are actively seeking an Sales Reset, who will be integral to our team’s success.
Purpose of position: Sales Reset Techs are responsible for the execution of chain and independent resets including schematic updates and accuracy.
Essential Functions: (must be able to perform these functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation).
- Complete required Donaghy Sales LLC and supplier training programs including BREWU SPP certification.
Achieve space management objectives as developed by Donaghy Sales LLC and its suppliers. - Assist with the implementation of chain and independent resets.
- Update and provide back tags for chain and independent accounts.
- Availability to work company scheduled, days, times, and locations throughout the Donaghy Sales LLC footprint.
- Build account customer rapport and business relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all company, local, state and federal rules and regulations.
- Operate and maintain vehicle, computer, mobile printers, laminators and other related Donaghy Sales LLC assigned equipment.
- Follow all security procedures to safeguard the accounts, its associates, Donaghy Sales LLC colleagues and prevent product loss.
- Perform work tasks safely, and contribute to an overall safe work environment, reporting any unsafe conditions.
- Report to work as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Skills, knowledge and abilities: (these are required to enable job holder to perform the essential functions of the job).
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one to two years’ experience within the beverage industry
- Knowledge of Donaghy Sales LLC products
- Computer proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy daily
- Competent math and reading skills
Customer service oriented and a professional and positive attitude - Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance creating a favorable image for the company
- Acceptable driving record
Experience and Education Requirements: Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record. One (1) year of selling or merchandising experience in the beverage industry or grocery retail, preferred.
Working Conditions: Moderate physical exertion, exposure to inclement weather, and exposure to fumes and noise from vehicle.
