Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float position. This role involves working across various departments within the hospital as needed, applying the nursing process to provide care to patients. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and assist in emergencies while adapting to rapidly changing situations.
Qualifications:
- Education/Certifications/Licenses:
- Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (must be obtained by the last day of the month after the 6-month grace period).
- Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent (within the last 5 years) acute care hospital experience.
- Acute care hospital experience within the past two years or intermediate/progressive care experience preferred.
