Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drinks.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while preparing drinks.
• Assist in setting up for events, including banquets or special occasions, as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred, particularly in fine dining or banquet settings.
• Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and craft cocktails is desirable.
• Strong cash handling skills and experience with cash registers are required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $16.64 - $19.77 per hour
