Duties
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily operations to ensure optimal performance of building systems.
- Manage the upkeep of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repairing logic controllers.
- Utilize schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades as necessary.
- Lead training sessions for staff on best practices in building management and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams within an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, industrial maintenance, and schematics interpretation.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in building management.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Experience with CMMS software to manage maintenance tasks efficiently.
