Job Summary

The Musician will play a vital role in enhancing the audience's experience through engaging performances.

Responsibilities

• Perform live music for theater productions, events, and rehearsals.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and fellow musicians to create cohesive musical arrangements.
• Interpret and adapt music scores to fit the artistic vision of each production.
• Attend rehearsals and provide input on musical elements and arrangements.
• Maintain instruments and ensure they are in optimal condition for performances.
• Engage with the audience during performances to enhance their experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new musical styles relevant to theater.

Skills

• Proficiency in one or more musical instruments or vocal performance.
• Experience in theater or live performance settings is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Creativity and adaptability in interpreting music for various productions.
• Knowledge of music theory and ability to read sheet music is preferred.
• Passion for performing arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality performances.

Pay: $26,745.00 - $28,437.00 per year

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
