Snack Bar Supervisor
Snack Bar Superior is responsible for serving food and drinks to members and their guests and maintaining a clean and sanitary snack bar area, including the refrigerators, freezers, microwaves, sinks, and cabinets.
Requirements
- Experience working in a food service environment.
- Valid limited Food Safety certification.
- Work four shifts per week, including weekends.
- Activity participates in all snack bar training and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Ensures professional customer service and possesses a passion for exceeding members' expectations.
- Overseeing snack bar staff.
- Responsible for daily set-up and organization of the Snack Bar.
- Assures that all side-work is accomplished daily and that all cleaning of equipment and storage areas is completed according to schedule.
- Ensures the correct appearance, cleanliness, and safety of Snack Bar areas, equipment, and fixtures.
- Assists in the service of food and beverages to members and guests.
- Able to work and train other staff on all aspects of the POS system.
- Utilizes the POS system to charge members accurately. Responsible for the daily financial closing of the Snack Bar.
- Ensures that the Snack Bar areas are secure and clean at the end of the business day.
- Responsible for setup, overseeing, and breaking down events such as swim meets, membership picnics, Sunday brunch, Adult socials.
- Assures that local and state laws and the club's policies and procedures.
- Provide service to members and guests courteously and efficiently.
- Cook and serve items such as hotdogs, pizza, soft-serve ice cream.
- Clean the snack bar area, refrigerator, freezers, microwaves, sinks, and picnic area.
- Restock inventory as needed.
- Take inventory daily and notify the manager of any items needed.
- Maintain an accurate count of money in the snack bar drawer.
- Remain in the snack bar area at all times.
- Perform maintenance as assigned by the Manager on Duty.
- Report all maintenance problems to the Manager on Duty immediately.
- Maintain a neat appearance and alert state of mind at all times. Focus attention on snack bar activities.
- Be part of the Emergency Action Plan for the facility when necessary.
- Represent Donaldson Run Recreation Association well when away from the pool in all other activities.

Must be able to pass a ten-year background check; any job offer will be based on the background check results.
Salary : $16 - $18
