Job Summary: We are looking for a bilingual, detail-oriented and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the receptionist plays a crucial role in representing our firm. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls professionally and directing them appropriately.
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Route calls according to established protocols and take messages when necessary.
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Prepare and maintain conference rooms for meetings and training sessions.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail; process outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supply inventory and ensure necessary materials are stocked.
- Track and process incoming faxes.
- Provide support across departments, contributing positively as a team member.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
