The Project Manager / Sales Consultant role will be responsible for overseeing and managing our crews, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. Your primary duties will include coordinating daily tasks, monitoring job progress, addressing customer concerns, and assisting with material procurement and management. You will also be responsible for taking our leads and customers through the DOL sales experience and producing profitable jobs. You will be expected to track crew KPIs and efficiencies. As a project manager, you will also be expected to assist with in-field training. You will also be expected to be available 24/7 snow and ice management in the winter months. 2 years professional experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- SET CREWS UP FOR SUCCESS
- Plant material knowledge
- Contract and Estimate – Preparation, administration and closeout
- Determine man hours & materials needed for each job to build accurate estimates
- Site Review – Inventory and analysis, project and logistical reviews
- Work with designer to create accurate designs & plans
- Understand, determine, and shoot grades and elevations
- Meetings – Client, construction, administrative, logistical
- Estimates – Creation, review, presentation and administration
- General – Office tasks and correspondence
- Tracking KPI’s
- Make sure crews understand the daily jobs and the materials that will be needed to complete each job
- Visit sites to monitor job progress, quality, and bring any needed material
- Communicate with customers for bidding, job status, job progress, and any other concerns in a polite and courteous manner
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Conduct team meetings
- Attend training seminars
- Must be proficient in:
- Microsoft
- SynkedUp
- The position is not limited to the above responsibilities, as times may require additional help with other duties.
Performance Deliverables
- Make sure crews understand the jobs and what is expected
- Design and estimate profitable jobs
- Communicating job tasks to crews and ensure they are completed with quality and efficiency
- Minimize customer complaints with good communication to crew and attention to detail in every job completed
- Employee performance will be evaluated by job profitability, total profitable sales, KPI’s (key performance indicators) , call backs, and customer feedback
