Provide the production mechanical and electrical assembly effort for a program. --Assembles electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies, and modules by working from visual aids, prints, wiring lists and diagrams, routing instructions and process sheets using appropriate tooling. --Performs electronic and mechanical assembly operations such as Chassis, wire termination, installation of wire harness, cable assemblies, high value torquing and extensive attention to detail. --Collaboration with team members and engineering team to produce quality products. --Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassembly by following work plans. Inspects result to ensure conformance to IPC-610 standardsSkills RequiredRequires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education. --Needs to be able to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawings. --Experience working with large complex builds. --IPC-J-STD-001 & IPC-A-620 certified --Effective communication and teamworkExperience Preferred--Computer literacy. --Experienced in electronic mechanical assembly. --Previous solder experience. --Chassis & Cable fabrication experience. --Two years of experience within the DoD or military.Education RequiredRequires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education.
