Overview of Responsibilities:

Estimating Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of accurate NRE and part costs via following written quotation procedures

• Responsible for the evaluation and presentation of multiple manufacturing options in each quotation

• Responsible for soliciting input when appropriate, from internal and external resources in order to evaluate proposed manufacturing options

• Responsible for daily prioritization of assigned RFQ backlog items to achieve an on-time delivery of completed quotes commensurate with the needs of both internal and external customers

General Responsibilities:

• Protect Donatelle confidential information and Intellectual Property

• Follow safety requirements as outlined in the safety manual

• Support and facilitate the development of strong working relationships between Estimating and other departments

• Demonstration of company values

• Perform other projects and duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Two year Associates Degree in a technical or position relevant curriculum preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working within a manufacturing facility focused on the manufacturing of injection molded, machined and assembled products

• Experience utilizing estimating methodologies, mark-up/margin, and profitability calculations

• Expertise in developing piece part, secondary operations, and tooling costs

Other Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated knowledge in injection molding, machining, related secondary operations and processes pertaining to manufacturing of medical devices (including packaging and sterilization)

Pay:

• Salary range: $66,000 to $98,000
