Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves various tasks related to the upkeep and beautification of residential and commercial properties. The Landscape Technician will work with a variety of tools and equipment to ensure that landscapes are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing and edging.
- Maintain landscape features such as gardens, flower beds, and shrubs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, or other plants as needed.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, planting, and hedge trimming
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Skills
- Ability to operate zero turn mower, string trimmer and blowers as well as other equipment
- Experience in general landscape maintenance including planting and pruning.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with power tools (chainsaws, blowers, trimmers) used in landscaping.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work in all landscaping tasks.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Landscape maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
