- How many years' experience with 3rd party integrations, particularly with Google Dialogflow CX, ZenDesk and Salesforce?
- Do you hold a Genesys certification (e.g., Genesys Architect Cert & Genesys Developer Cert at a minimum)?
- Do you hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field?
- How many years of hands-on experience with Genesys solutions, including Genesys Cloud CX?
- How many years' experience with Genesys Workforce Engagement (specifically Workforce Mgmt/Quality Management)?
- How many years' experience natural language understanding (NLU) and conversational AI?
- How many years' experience with cloud-based contact center solutions and voice/chat channels.?
- How many years' experience with OAuth authentication, service accounts, and API administration?
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- How many years' experience with conducting / hosting work sessions to raise questions and confirm design?

FOR THE API ROLE
- candidate – Most Genesys experience is all on-prem and Genesys PureCloud - instead of Cloud CX. Refers to SDK (instead of API) experience – which is mostly associated with on-prem solutions. A pass for me.
- candidate—The resume lists some Cloud CX and Dialogflow (it doesn’t specify ES or CX), but it also lists many on-prem solutions, where our development is in the cloud. He does have chances for the third Developer with API experience. Let's get his schedule midweek next week for a meet-and-greet. There's a possible chance - if Mediu doesn’t come along with a better candidate.
