Role : HL7 Architect

Location : New York City, New York

Duration : 24 Months

Duties

• Develop and build custom software and integrations for EMR interoperability with hospitals and providers.
• Automate read, extract, transform, stage and load data processes using state of the art cloud-based tools.
• Design, implement, test, and monitor automated system for ingesting healthcare member, claims and quality data.
• Work closely with product and engineering to develop strategy for data ingestion architecture, tools, and processes.
• Creating data feeds leveraging healthcare standards such as HL7v2, C-CDA, and FHIR.
• Construct ETL pipelines for data extracts from HIEs, EMRs, payor databases, and other structured and unstructured sources.
• Develop SMART on FHIR Application using HL7 SMART UDAP Flow, EHR Launch, CDS Hooks.
• Perform support duties for the production data exchange solutions.
• Build and maintain efficient data pipelines to and from various applications and databases.
• Filter and cleanse the data to remove errors and ensure consistency and completeness, employ ETL tools and programming skills to write scripts that correct errors through automation.
• Implement processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it.
• Perform data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
