Note : Prefer consultants who has experience working with NYS, NYC, or other government entities
Must Have Exp :
Over 15 years of Experience implementing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development using J2EE, Spring boot, Java, C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, or similar modern Object Oriented programming language, Web Services, Database, or Web Application Development.
Mandatory Qualifications :
- Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer
- More than Fifteen (15) years of experience implementing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development using J2EE, Spring boot, Java, C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, or similar modern Object Oriented programming language, Web Services, Database, or Web Application Development
- More than Ten (10) years of experience in analyzing and debugging SQL queries, stored procedures (eg. PL / SQL code), and working with data in relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL etc
Desirable Qualifications :
More than five (5) years of experience in implementing web applications using scripting languages Java Script\TypeScript frameworks in jQuery, Angular JS, React JS, or Node JSMore than five (5) years of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDEs.More than five (5) years of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8.More than five (5) years of experience in developing responsive web applications with DevSecOps tools and processes (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniquesMore than three (3) years of domain knowledge and experience in health and human services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc.More than five (5) years of experience performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using OracleMore than five (5) years of experience performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL ServerExperience with Test Driven Development and automated testing / unit testing frameworksExperience working with NYS, NYC, or other government entities.Certifications in AWS, GRC, or AzureDuties / Responsibilities :
Responsibilities will include analysis of existing source code or applications and produce documentation, business process or system flows, and business rulesArrange programming sequence by analyzing source code, preparing workflows charts and diagrams using technical capabilities, programming language, and logicProduce data mapping and specifications related to data structuresProduce work products and deliver artifacts in line with business needs andproject planCollaborate with other team members and stakeholdersUnderstand and adhere to project timelines and prioritiesOther programming, development and analyst duties as assigned
