Job Description
candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with expertise in ReactJS and proven leadership experience. This role requires the ability to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications while mentoring and guiding a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- design, development, and deployment of scalable and responsive web applications using ReactJS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Architect and implement reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development technologies and frameworks.
- Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure the timely delivery of deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage continuous learning and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SASS/LESS.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and package managers such as npm or yarn.
- Proficient in working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
