The SAP SD Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure system integrity, and provide guidance for continuous improvement of SAP solutions

The SAP SD consultant is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules. Technical Skills
- 8 years of experience in SAP SD configuration and implementation
- Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle SAP SD implementations
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SD processes (order-to-cash, pricing, billing, etc.)
- Experience integrating with SAP VMS
- Strong understanding of integration with SAP MM, FI, and other modules
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP SD certification is a plus
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience in S/4HANA SD.
- Experience in S/4 technical migration
- Experience integrating with SAP VMS
- Experience with SAP IS-Automotive
- Prior team management experience
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP cloud solutions.
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD modules, ensuring alignment with
- business requirements.
- Manage full lifecycle SAP SD implementations, from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
- Provide expertise on integration points with other SAP modules, including MM, FI, and PP.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify system gaps, and propose innovative
- solutions.
- Ensure SAP SD system stability and optimal performance through system monitoring and
- troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with development teams for any required enhancements or customizations.
- Train and mentor team members on SAP SD processes and best practices.
- Maintain project documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Engage with business users to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SD features, best practices, and industry trend s.
- Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle
- Capable of analyzing requirements as per project defined software process.
- Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
- Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute for the problem solving .
- Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity .
