Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical expert, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and design of ServiceNow delivery projects. You will provide subject matter expertise, guide developers, and provide hands-on development and configuration of ServiceNow while also supporting platform improvements and modernization. You will work closely with Business Process Consultants and other Technical Architects in agile teams to deliver capabilities within ServiceNow.
You will :
- Identify opportunities for improvement within existing service operations and core propositions related to ServiceNow.
- Play a key role in all cycles by delivering demos, preparing presentations to clients and designing solution architecture.
- Proactively bring thought leadership and business outlook to effectively address client issues / demands related to ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and management of ServiceNow project delivery.
