Workfront Work Management Designer
Location : Remote
Duration : 12 Months - W2 Contract
Customize Adobe Workfront for clients' unique needs, encompassing workflows, reporting, and integrations. Lead Adobe Workfront implementation for new clients, facilitating smooth transitions. Collaborate within a global team of configurators, managing tasks to meet client deadlines Engage in internal testing and Client User Acceptance Testing, writing scripts, preparing demos, and implementing user feedback Offer expert training and change management support to optimize platform usage Configure Workfront objects, including custom forms, project templates, and approval workflows Stay updated on product enhancements via internal collaboration, ensuring clients utilize latest features Conduct regular health checks and performance reviews, identifying optimization opportunities.
Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g. Adobe Certified Expert) preferred
- 2 years as Adobe Workfront Consultant or similar role
- Knowledge of Adobe Workfront functionalities and capabilities
- Project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem
- solving skills
- Ability to travel for client support
- Experience working in an Agile team a plus
