Business Development Manager, Donau Carbon US LLC, Dunnellon, FL, USA
General Characteristics
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward associates, vendors
and customers at all times.
• Communicating with customers, outside vendors and Donau Carbon staff as necessary
to support assignment or other colleagues.
• Accurately use of Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, OneNote, Outlook & CRM software).
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support
o Actively prospects and develop new business.
o Manage and maintain pricing & terms information for all customers.
o Review / approve all invoicing to ensure accuracy & target profitability is met.
o Collaborate with colleagues to meet or exceed customer expectation for order
fulfillment, payment, new business development and any complaint / claim
resolution.
o Travel to customers and / or virtual meetings as necessary and appropriate
• New Business Development / Marketing Support
o Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers
towards identification, qualification and commercialization of new business leads.
o Review and refine business strategy to deliver growth in sales, market share and profitability for current and targeted markets.
o Attend market events and trade shows (virtual and in-person) to develop core business, expand into adjacent segments and identify developing market trends.
• Business Analysis & Support
o Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual business analysis and reporting.
▪ Sales and profit analysis vs. budget and previous year.
▪ Product line performance and trends.
▪ Customer and general market trends.
▪ Sales pipeline development and reporting.
o Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting initiatives.
• Any other activities/tasks necessary to support Business Development, Operations or
administration as requested by Donau Carbon USA Management.
Salary : $70,000 - $180,000
