chiropractor associate/buyout

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive chiropractic care to patients, focusing on improving their overall health and well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as proficiency in various treatment techniques, including pain management and trigger point therapy. The Chiropractor will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that address the specific needs of each patient.

I have two practices in two towns approximately 25 miles apart. I purchased this practice from a retiring chiropractor 4 years ago. His practice of 22 years was in an established medical building owned by the local hospital. the hospital refurbished/refurbished the building about 1 year ago. we moved to east side of the town on a very busy well located building a year ago. My current associate doctor is relocating back home. I have two choices: find another associate with the goal to sell the practice to that doctor within the next 3 years. or sell the practice. I am open to explore both options. This is a great opportunity to learn, practice, run a clinic, grow a clinic and buy the clinic.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations to assess patients' conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to evaluate injuries and conditions accurately.
- Implement effective pain management strategies for acute and chronic pain.
- Develop and adjust care plans based on patients' progress and feedback.
- Perform trigger point therapy and other manual techniques to alleviate discomfort.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with primary care providers and occupational health specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid chiropractic license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging.
- Experience in occupational health or primary care is a plus.
- Proficient in pain management techniques, including acute pain management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
