As a recruiter within the Talent Acquisition team, your role will be to provide an outstanding recruitment service; one which is flexible, swift, focused on business needs, and delivered with passion, drive, and innovation.
On a day-to-day basis, your role will include;
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand key requirements
- Actively sourcing and engaging top talent to Doncasters
- Managing candidate communications to enable the candidate experience
- Supporting and managing recruitment campaigns to ensure we are attracting the very best talent to Doncasters
- Supporting in the embedding and enablement of candidates’ assessments to reduce risk within the recruitment process
- Leading on early career initiatives from engaging with centers of education to scheduling and attending campus/school events
- Managing recruitment applicant systems
Your team
You'll be working in the Talent Acquisition team and, you will partner very closely with our sites across all of our regions. This, therefore, gives you a great opportunity to work across cultures and network across the Globe!

In order to succeed in this role you'll need a clear passion for Talent Acquisition! Whether you are sourcing the right candidate or developing Talent internally this will need to be your passion.
Ideally, you will have experience in managing recruitment administration and a skill for direct sourcing and creating an excellent candidate journey.
You will need to be extremely organized to flex between working on global projects and supporting on-site initiatives to ensure there is a pipeline of strong talent ready to join Doncasters.
You will be a confident business partner experienced in establishing strong working relationships and engagement of stakeholders is key to the role.
Ideally, you will have worked in a large matrix organization, with experience of using an applicant tracking system.
