Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to going above and beyond for homeowners in and around the Oakland/Washtenaw/Livingston/Wayne county areas. As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our clients' homes, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, adhering to established standards of cleanliness.
Implement/maintain organizational systems of kid's playrooms, closets, pantries, garages, basements, and other cluttered room to create functionality.
Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
Manage, inventory, and stock housekeeping supplies.
Stellar communication skills and report any issues to management.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition and used safely.
Laundry services as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly service to guests during interactions.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Required house cleaning experience necessary, preferably at least 2-4 years.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
Knowledge of floor care techniques and residential cleaning practices is advantageous.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
