**Position Overview:**

As a Customer Service Representative with done4Ulaundry, you'll be essential in delivering 5-star service to our customers in Chatham County. While starting as an entry-level role, this position offers opportunities for growth in management, sales, operations, and more. You'll also have the chance to earn extra income through incentive programs.

Requirements:

-Deliver top-notch customer experience that leads to repeat and referred business

-Brainstorm ideas for business growth and customer retention

- Ability to sell products and upsell pickup & delivery services

- Maintain a clean and organized

- Strong basic math skills for cash handling and transactions

-Have great attendance

-Have great attention to detail

-Character traits required: honesty, hardworking, ethical, humble, teachable, respectful

-Use downtime to improve the business

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

- Knowledge of technical sales and electronics products is a must

- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Previous or related experience in dry cleaning and laundry is preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service -
