Duties

- Processing dental claims

- Process dental collections and assist patients with billing inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and any necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist in the management of office operations, including inventory management and supply ordering.
Skills
- Proficiency in dental terminology is essential.
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is preferred
