Executive Administrative Assistant
Our growing, privately held construction company is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to serve and support the CEO and executive management. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic blend of organization, communication, and problem-solving. They will be managing internal and external communications, and setting priorities for meetings, appointments, and travel. Throughout the day, they will prepare and organize agendas and distribute materials for meetings, serving as the main point of contact between the CEO, executive management and attendees. You ensure that information flows seamlessly across teams, tracking deadlines and following up on deliverables for executive projects. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced business environment, is adaptable and proactive, exhibits strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent communication with team members across departments.

Pay range : $75,000-$100,000
Responsibilities for this position :
The right individual will need to be highly organized and have proven ability to manage multiple activities / projects at one time, to successful conclusion.
Proven ability to manage a complex and fluid calendar of internal and external meetings.
Proactively reaching out to parties to ensure deadlines are met for deliverables.
The individual will continue to be educated on new tools and processes that will help the CEO’s office function effectively and efficiently.
Must have skills to be able to prioritize the CEO’s schedule, anticipated needs, travel and initiatives.
Ability to naturally partner across the company and related entities.
Respects a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications and skills :
Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive administration with a senior officer of a corporation.
Solid knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft 365.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong relationship and team-building skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks
Multi-tasking capabilities
Must be resourceful, innovative and proactive
